"From day one never returned my call so no warranty, issue's with my 8 gran system called many time says mail box full. Well I can tell you I payed them in good faith and got shot work, now I have water coming out of my plentum and draining on my ceiling. They seem to be out of business now ."

"It all started great ! He came out and reviewed our mobile home/ addition and gave us a WONDERFUL price (what it seemed) . We had taken out the old air unit in the mobile home inside and out but we left the existing trunk line (which he said was in fairly good condition) there were a few spots that he had to touch up . We wanted to get rid of window units . (Our whole reason behind spending thousands of dollars . ) They connected our addition to the pre existing mobile home duct and placed 1 return in the hallway floor In the addition... I’m not really familiar with the whole air conditioning deal but this is now a 6 bedroom and 3 bathroom mobile home/house . They used zip ties to place the duct work to the vents . After they finished they tested the system and automatically we noticed air wasn’t coming out of all the vent and we entered the addition and there was NO air flow . So he said it should get better the more the ac is on ... well it didn’t we called him back and he did come back out and he told us we may have to change the line that was pre existing on the mobile home . We haven’t had the money to do that yet , so that’s been pushed off .Well we aren’t home as much as we’d like , but we noticed the return in the hallway of the addition which is on the floor and it was filled with water and had fallen from the vent . Then, I noticed a few days later that it was really hot in the laundry room and I looked at the vent and that vent had fallen.... all I see is the ground from outside . Now note that in the mis of all of this we are calling and texting him . No response . So of course I leave a bad review . Unfortunately, after spending all the money on the ac to avoid window units , we still have them running CONSTANTLY along with the ac that has no return duct and some duct in the house has fallen out of the vents . He did NOT leave us aware that any of this may happen to us ... this is just my experience from dealing with him . Of course if he would’ve answered us this week and talked it over I most likely wouldn’t have left a bad review . It’s very unprofessional to completely blow a customer off that has 6 kids and trying to make it . Other than not communicating with me about this matter and still not fixing the main reason we need ac , he is very reasonably priced ."
