"I went in for an oil change and after I left the front of the skid plate on my car started dragging the ground! I went back, and it turns out they forgot to put the bolts back in! After them "fixing it" it's been a couple weeks, and the skid plate just fell down again! Now with the damage from it dragging the highway, the skid plate can't be fixed! And my car can't be driven until I can get the skid plate completely removed! I recommend finding somewhere else to get your car worked on."
