"Tip of charging cable broke off in iPhone, in there deep. Service provider said I would need a new phone. Ashton at ifix took care of the problem in 20 minutes. Awesome customer service skills. Cannot say enough about the service and solution. The tip I left for the great service was the same amount as the cost to get me back in business. Strongly recommend"

"Not a good experience. I dropped my phone off for repair at the end of Oct. I can't get in touch with anyone. I've left voice messages. Everytime I go by the store, it is closed. I've emailed. Poor customer service and poor response time."

"I took my phone to get the screen repaired on Thursday (9/28/23) and employee of Fixit said it would be 3 to 5 days. I agreed and paid $105. I checked on phone (in person) 4 days later and phone was not fixed, and was told it would be ready Friday (7 days after drop off). Called Friday at 3:00 pm from my friends phone and no one at iFix answered the phone so I left message. I drove over to Fixit at 4:00 pm and the place was closed even though they are supposed to be open until 6:00 pm. Returned Saturday Morning (11:00 AM) and the place was closed. No explanation. Sign and website indicate Fixit is open every day except Sunday."
