"My puppy has been here at least 4 times and we have always been so pleased with her treatments and services. But today was a totally different story. She had been at the spa for 3 1/2 hours and I called to see when she would be ready and was told by the owner she would be another 45 minutes. I asked why someone hadn’t called to inform me that they were running behind and I was not given an answer and wasn’t even given an apology. The owner was extremely rude on the phone with me and when I did come to get my puppy she didn’t even make an effort to come to me and apologize for the inconvenience. I know things can happen in a business and the day can begin to get hectic and run behind. I do feel though if you communicate with your clients/customers and explain that the day has just gotten very busy, that it would definitely help smooth things over. I love to support local businesses and when I have found somewhere I like I am very loyal to that business but when I am not treated kindly it’s hard for me to continue to support that business. I will say that Ann has/ was always very helpful and kind when taking and picking up my puppy."
