They go above and beyond any other service we have had in the past. When one of our cats has shown signs of illness, they immediately seek the care of our veterinarian and make sure that the cat is cared for. We have complete confidence in Homeward Bound and it’s wonderful staff."
"I have been taking my Goldendoodle, Sadie, for grooming on a monthly basis well over two years now. She absolutely loves it!! Her tail wags the closer we get to The Spaw and she always comes home happy and fresh as a daisy!! Love this place!! The staff is very loving and professional! "My puppy has been here at least 4 times and we have always been so pleased with her treatments and services. But today was a totally different story. She had been at the spa for 3 1/2 hours and I called to see when she would be ready and was told by the owner she would be another 45 minutes. I asked why someone hadn’t called to inform me that they were running behind and I was not given an answer and wasn’t even given an apology. The owner was extremely rude on the phone with me and when I did come to get my puppy she didn’t even make an effort to come to me and apologize for the inconvenience. I know things can happen in a business and the day can begin to get hectic and run behind. I do feel though if you communicate with your clients/customers and explain that the day has just gotten very busy, that it would definitely help smooth things over. I love to support local businesses and when I have found somewhere I like I am very loyal to that business but when I am not treated kindly it’s hard for me to continue to support that business. I will say that Ann has/ was always very helpful and kind when taking and picking up my puppy."
