"Don’t waste your time. They had my mower for 4 months and didn’t fix anything. I finally went to pick it up and they charged me $50 & gave me back the mower in a box in 100 pieces."

"Took a push mower in for surging and shutting down after 30 minutes to an hour of mowing. 2 weeks later we get it back and now it’s worse. I can’t make one pass around a quarter of my yard without the machine shutting down. It also sputters when it’s manually shut off now, which didn’t happen until we got it back. Wasted $70 to have them to just clean the carburetor."

"Was called on a Friday that my mower was ready. Told them I would be in on Saturday morning, they are open between 9a-12p. I rented a truck and trailer from U-Haul and got there at 10:30am. They were closed. A hundred dollars wasted and still no mower. I called later to complain and they said they were there. Door was locked and no lights on inside as well as no one in the back. I even called and the answering service came on. I picked up my mower on another day and returned home to find the cup holder on the side of the riding mower missing. I called back 5 minutes after picking it up and they told me that they didn't lose it or take it off. Funny, it was dropped off with it attached to the mower. They did fix the mower but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to list "one star" as it wouldn't let me post this comment without any!"
