"My wife brought our SUV in very recently, and had quite a few issues. First guy right out of the gate, she said looked like an oil bomb had gone off all over him. Didn’t think he would be the one driving it in, but she was wrong. He got in my car like that!! Then after a few mins, oil bomb comes and sits down in the waiting room with her, sat there real nervously, then wants to talk to her the entire time the truck’s being worked on. She felt super uncomfortable. And was mortified that he was sitting in these waiting room chairs like that. They already look ragged, and falling apart to begin with. I wonder tho, why such a great place for years, then put your customers in such terrible positions. Like who is overseeing these situations?Something has to change if I let her come back"
