"Got a ribeye and 2 filets. Seasoned with SPG and smoked then pan seared. Turned out perfect and tasted great. People were very nice and helpful. Said they can cut a steak for me any thickness. Good price too. Definitely will be going back"

"Will never go back. I spent a couple hundred day before and was met with employee attitude. Just let it roll off my shoulder. Decided to go back today and the attitude was worse, especially from Garby (if I spelled that correctly). Neither employee has people skills. I guess they hate their jobs. It was bad enough that I decided in the middle of my order that I wasn't giving this store any more money. They allow the employees to treat the very people spending money, that allow them to have jobs, very poorly and like an inconvenience. I can spend my money elsewhere and be treated so much nicer."

"Had them make “link” sausage out of my deer meat. Only problem is it’s not in LINKS! They just made sausage and cut it into small sections.... Both ends are open and not encased in a casing with knotted ends. It’s a shame to spend 200$ and find out your deer you spent so much time tracking and hunting got screwed up. Then when I complained they didn’t even offer to help me out in any way or make me happy just told me “ that’s how we do our links”. Feel like it wasn’t what I ordered. Link sausage isn’t something that can be enterpreted in different ways it’s an industry standard. I mean if I ordered a T bone steak and I got it and there was no bone in it I would be pretty upset. On the upside the “smoked sausage” tastes good it just wasn’t what I wanted. I was expecting Italian style raw link sausage. Should have asked more questions on my part but they also should have labeled it differently. Overall they have good products at this store but they could have done more in this situation in the way of customer service I mean any butcher knows what “link sasauge” Is so knowing this isn’t what I got they should have helped me out in some way."

"This is the best place for steaks, burgers, seafood, and local products that I’ve ever found. Service is great and they always try to help in any way. Be sure to try the Braveheart steaks. They are the best! I get the rib-eyes and grill them on high heat (450-500) for 9 minutes on each side for medium-rare to medium. I season them ahead of time with salt, pepper, and a little of Lee-perrins. You will not be disappointed."
