"I am not one to make bad reviews. I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. I have owned my own businesses. But in this case I am, I called a day ahead to place a special order for a specific donut. I was told they would have them ready and gave a time I would be there to pick them up. I showed up and they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. These were not just for me to eat, they were specific for a recipe for a competition. Now I am left having to change all of my plans very last minute. To say I'm aggravated is an understatement!!"
"The donuts were good. However, the young lady waiting on us never spoke to us until the end when she muttered thank you. To say she wasn't smiling would be an understatement. She was scowling. It was so bad that when I realized she made a mistake on our order, I did not go back in because I did not want to deal with any more negativity. And that is a first for me. We won't be going back."
"We travel often through this town and we always stop here for donuts because they are normally delicious! But this time the bavarian creme tasted sour. I will be honest and say this was the first time I got a sour tasting donut. I will change my review if it is better when we go back through the town again. I really hope they are the way they use to be!"
