"Perhaps Dr. Letterman is good at some things within his specialty, but I experienced him as completely dismissive. He attributed all my symptoms to headaches only. He referred me to a neurologist despite me telling him that I had had an MRI six months earlier and had been under the care of a neurologist who determined that my medication could be managed by a primary care doctor. I felt like a person on a witness stand who the lawyer just wants to answer yes or no so that they can prove their point. He had a student with him who wasn't involved in any way (don't know that he would have had a chance to do or say anything). I hope he doesn't learn patient care from the Dr. It took months to see him. Maybe he'll have time to see those patients who he can help if those of us who have ever had headaches don't go see him. Maybe he'll have time for patient care."

"He’s too anxious when he talks and didn’t sit down with me to address my concerns and real quick talker and I was there with a Mri because of memory loss and he got smart with me about how I should remember what kind of test another doctor did when he could just check my records… you know because I have memory loss from an accident years ago. He doesn’t really listen and just talks too much. I got up and walked out in the middle of my appointment and I said I’ll find another doctor and he kinda laughed and said ok. He’s unprofessional. Talks way too much and too fast causing you to feel rushed in your appointment and it’s really rude for him to speak to me about how I should remember details of a test from years ago when I’m there with a MRI with memory loss and trying to figure out why I’m dizzy and have balance issues."

"It takes months to get an appointment scheduled. I’ve had 3 and Dr. Leatherman has cancelled 2. I was not given priority since he cancelled on me and had to wait several more months."
