"While the service I receive at this clinic have been fruitful and the care considerate, coordination for continued care and a patient’s medication needs drastic improvements. I will be looking elsewhere for a provider that is better able to assist their patients and ensure operations continue, even in their absence."

"Had a very bad experience. First visit was with Dr Cherry, had tests done and got diagnosed with something I don’t even have symptoms of. When I explained again that I don’t have those symptoms they convinced me to try the treatment, and I did. I’m not a doctor but I knew it wouldn’t work because I’ve been down that road before. So I’ve wasted a month with still the same problem. My second visit was with Dr Diaggle, she was nice enough but did not want to listen to what I was saying and recommended I go see a different doctor. It mostly felt like minds were made up about not helping me with my problem, because the same nurse was present at both appointments but her attitude towards me the second time was way off. They happily took my money before even seeing me, a bit unusual as I have always paid after seeing the doctor. What a waste of time and money, I am still at square one."

"Everyone here is wonderful. The front desk team has been great, every nurse, NP, doctor, and medical team member I’ve encountered has been awesome. I switched to this provider after a bad experience (both medical & with staff) from another doctor’s office that resulted in a lot of stress during my pregnancy. Premier Women’s Health has helped me through a emotional miscarriage and then the welcoming of our rainbow baby. I’m pregnant again with baby #3 and I’m so happy I know I have a doctor & medical team I can trust. Also Dr. McKay & Dr. Daigle we’re fantastic with my scheduled c section!"

"I want to start with saying that Dr McKay, his nurse - whose name I sadly haven’t gotten yet - and Cherry have all been absolutely wonderful. That said, I witnessed something as I was leaving my appointment today that was absolutely *shameful*. There was an older Papuan woman trying to pay her *$50* copay in quarters, and because the office manager was *refusing* to accept the payment, the front desk attendants were telling her she’d have to just come back later. While I can sympathize with the logistical headache accepting the quarters would cause, I was - and am - appalled that anybody involved in the situation for the office could be so blasé about **denying medical care** because of an *inconvenience*. That office manager should absolutely be ASHAMED of herself and her actions; because not only was she being cold, condescending, and snide to that woman, she had the gall to glare at me when I paid for the appointment in cash for the other patient. NOBODY deserves to be treated like that, particularly in the medical field. NOBODY deserves to be treated as less-than just because they’re in a tougher spot than others. And, frankly, that office manager doesn’t deserve her job until she can be reminded that everyone deserves kindness and empathy."

"There is not one negative thing to say about my visit at this office, which was my first one. The lobby is very inviting and nice as you walk in. Receptionist, nurses, phlebotomist, they all were very friendly. I was nervous about the doctor, but Dr Kao is the bomb. Super nice, and took my anxiety away, and made me feel comfortable. Took her time to answer all my questions. Had bloodwork done, which was done in a extremely professional manner also. I could barely feel the needle stick. This Obgyn office has everything you could ask for. Definitely recommended!"
