Strawberry Patch Park

"Strawberry patch park is a clean and peaceful place to exercise, enjoy the weather, and watch the ducks. There's also playground and picnic facilities. I think the name is so cute. It sounds like an educational program for toddlers."

"One of the two parks in Madison and we absolutely LOVE this place. A gorgeous mile long walking trail that goes around this cute pond. Sweet little ducks follow you around hoping you'll drop some food and a flock of geese live here. Do be wary when you're walking your dog - if it's nesting season the geese are very defensive around other animals."

"I’ve been to this park many times over the years. I love how they are always beautifying. They’ve added a Children’s Memorial Garden. It’s simply beautiful!!! I’ll have to go back one day and sit and take it all in… This park is always well kept and I love watching the duck and geese. Please keep in mind that you are not allowed to feed them. They also have a very nice place area for kids. There is also a little house with books at beginning of trail. The track is 1 mile long. There should be more people utilizing parks in MS since we are the most obese and overweight state in nation. I highly recommend utilizing this park if you live nearby or just visit if in the area."
