"Cooper is a 3 1/2 year, 105 lb yellow lab who pulled so hard during walks that I had given up on walking him. He jumped on guests when they entered our home. He also had an aversion toward getting into any vehicle. Daily updates and videos showed amazing progress from day one. Alan Shade, the trainer, is a dog whisperer! Cooper is now a perfect gentleman when walking and sits quietly when guests enter our home. He also complies when the "loads up" command is given to get into the car. "My family and I saw the Sit Means Sit jeep a soccer game and knew that we should call. We had just gotten a very rambunctious Great Dane (Buffy) and decided our best option was to train her. When we met with Alan we knew it was the right decision for her. Alan has been the best with showing us what we needed to do to help her and overall showing us step by step what Buffy learned. While he trained her, he sent pictures and videos to show us her progress. After her training ended he told us about the group classes to further Buffy's skills.
