"I went into DG today and the store was awful! The only employee they had that was any good and cared about true customer service of course is no longer there. The aisles were full of boxes and trash full of buggies the employees still there are rude and nasty looking, one smelled of alcohol and the manager was a total jerk who has zero personality! They need to get the young lady that always greeted everyone coming in the door with a smile back pronto and fire the ones that are there now."

"Workers inside do NOT KNOW how to tell people they are closed instead of just staring at them through the door. Ginger guy with beard. Black Haired guy looks Asian. Not sure on the names, but extremely rude."

"The dollar general in caledonia has a well stocked freezer and most any grocery item you need. When I'm in town it's one of only two grocery stores and is convenient for a quick in and out. Today we were looking for camp chairs for an upcoming camping trip. Didn't find the kind we were looking for but no one else has them either. Kinda cluttered but otherwise no complaints."

"Constant stocking of shelves proves a hindrance to shopping (I end up skipping aisles that employees are stocking). Staff is friendly tho, being a small town, it gets frustrating standing in line for extended periods while cashier makes prolonged chit-chat with patrons at register. I do, however, like the selection and convenience of proximity to my somewhat rural home."

"The new building is nice, clean, and employees are good. Only reason I'm taking off a star is due to their registers. Multiple times I've gone in there and my card would not work on their machines, but yet would work completely fine anywhere else; which can be quite frustrating."
