"I read the reviews and still went to this place. People when I say BAD for business that is exactly what I mean. They could not find my items when I went to pick them up, I had a pair of pants that I needed taken up in the waist. Shorts I wanted cut to a a 6 inch inseam. Shorts with light starch. I paid $32.00 for these services upfront. She only gave me my lightly starch shorts and told me I picked up the other items already and gave me the go motion with her hands. I explained to her and another gentleman I had been out of town there was no way I could have picked them up. After 10 minutes of feeling like I was not getting my point across I asked if I could look for my items. She agreed. Retrospect she knew my success rate would be low because she can’t find **** and she works there. Big mistake…I proceeded to the back of the business and witnessed clothes everywhere. I could feel the tension with her and another employee. The first indicator should have been the disorganized clothes everywhere in plastic bags not hanging up… I’m a veteran, served 21 years. I’ve had many alterations done to uniforms.,.From the streets of Hampton Roads of Norfolk, Va to San Francisco, Ca…when I tell you that was the worse encounter ever regarding some alterations, the experience felt like the customer service was indeed lacking, without a care for conflict resolution. Normally I wouldn’t leave a review but I needed those garments for an event."

"Terrible customer service!!! 0 stars!!! I went in to drop off my dress and the lady tried to snatch the dress from me!! Then tried to rip the hanger strap from my dress. Then told me hemming and taking in the bust " you pay a lot of money"! I took my dress and left the store."

"I have called three times to get a price check and to see if they could provide my needs and she hung up on me all three times. the lady has a language barrier with english."

"I went to pick up my daughter's pageant dress and to my horror she pulled it out of a cubby. When I asked her if she could steam the wrinkles out of it she said " no I don't do that for you. I put the dress wherever I want to put the dress. You left the dress here too long." Indeed I was 14 hours late to picking up the dress. I still do not feel that this warrants such horrific treatment of an expensive item"
