"Absolute worst service call I've ever had with an AC company. A few things here.... freon levels were never checked. For my inside unit he just dumped hot water down the drain pipe, typically they suck or blow those lines free of any trash. Lastly, he told me he would have to disassemble my inside unit to clean my coils then told the office that they were inaccessible. The office told me that disassembling the inside unit is not a part of service agreement which I understand.... but my inside coils are easily accessible. I've had them cleaned many times before. On top of that, after I complained about this stuff not being done, they turn around and send me a quote for $1200 to put a vacuum on my mini split and torque tighten the flared nuts. That job would take less than 30 minutes."
