"Well they weren’t able to do what I wanted. I wanted a seam filled and a new zipper put on my Coach purse. They said the seam was too thick? I’ll try elsewhere."

"We have used this place a few times- was never impressed with their cleaning services so went to brass hanger instead but had them alter some pants and it was fine the first time. This place is so unorganized and dirty (ironic for a cleaners) and smells of ramen. I recently had her alter a bridesmaid dress. Said it would be ready Friday the following week (8 days). I stopped by Saturday and it was not ready, she said "I forget , I do now, you pick up Monday". Monday at 3:00, I stop by and it still isn't ready! She said to come back in 2 hours, she'd call me- did not call. My husband stopped by on the way home and the door was locked during business hours but fortunately they came to the door and my dress was ready. They have ZERO system for record keeping unless you think a post it note qualifies and someone is usually sleeping on a mattress on the floor in the back. I will NEVER go back and absolutely NOT suggest this business to anyone."

"I hardly ever review a business but I would like to let everyone know what I have experienced. This particular place has always done my alterations so I have done ALOT of business with this woman but I have never dropped off more that 2 items at a time . I brought 10 shirts and 3 pair of pants in to have dry cleaned and after I filled out the form explaining what I would like to have done , I pulled my phone out to take pictures of what I’m dropping off and the ladies husbandu grabs all of my clothes and throws them at me while telling me to leave . He says “ if you don’t trust me, I don’t want your business “ . Now , I don’t know about the rest of the world but I like to keep up with my clothes, especially when you’re talking about over $1000 dollars worth of clothes. They send these to a completely different company that does their dry cleaning so it’s not them I don’t trust, it’s the other company that I’ve never met before. So , just thought everyone should know what the ladies PUNK husband did"

"The seamstress is really experienced and tailored my dress perfectly - better than I expected! Unfortunately, there’s no real tracking or ticketing system to identify your garment. Plus, there was a communication breakdown and she must have misunderstood the time I needed my dress because it wasn’t ready when I arrived. However, she was very apologetic & went out of her way to ensure that my dress was done. She contacted me after hours & stayed till I arrived at 8 PM to get the dress on time for a function. I gave 5 stars for her customer service & expertise, & recovery."
