"This company does not deserve even a one star rating but I had to select atleas one star in order to post a comment. MONIQUE IS A THIEF. She took our money, her maids didn’t perform the service discussed and agreed upon and after they’ve taken your money, they do not show up for the job, the don’t answer your calls, they avoid you. And no, I’m not just referring to the employees, I’m refererring to the OWNER of this so-called business.... her name, MONIQUE. Her employees Amy and Lacie came to my home and did NOTHING but clean the baseboard of two bedrooms in 4 hours!!! I feel like a fool in hindsight for giving those two women our money just on their word of returning to complete the job. I called Monique and so did my husband on the day the girls were supposed to return and they didn’t . She told me she would give a full refund and send someone to do the job free of charge. I then handed the phone to my husband and she told him she would get someone out there for 4:30. No one showed up and that would be the last time we talked to Monique. We have called her, texted her and emailed her. NO RESPONSE. I called the employee Amy who came out to clean initially, she only text back she had been fired and will not answer my calls, I reached out to the “manager” Kayla, she avoided my calls as well until we tried calling from another number and then she answered. Said she had quit working for MAGICAL MAIDS because of this situation. She also said Monique has been not answering her calls as well. WOW...., my money was taken and now the employees are fired and aren’t answering my calls, the manger quit and the owner MONIQUE has my money and isn’t answering or returning my calls. Did I get scammed or what????? I’ll leave you who read this to decide but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. MONIQUE IS APPARENTLY AND OBVIOUSLY A SCAM ARTIST. 240 dollars gone, don’t know how she can sleep at night KNOWING she took money from hardworking people who did not receive the service we paid for and then just vanishes. It’s very hurtful knowing that their are people in this world like MONIQUE stealing from people under the guise of a business. Stay far away from MAGICAL MAIDS or better yet DISAPPEARING MAIDS. MONIQUE, you may think you’ve gotten away with this but it will come back on you. You can NEVER steal from a child of God and think you will just get away with it Scott free. What’s over a man sows, he will reap. What you’ve done to my husband and I, and God forbid other people, will catch up with you. It would be wise for you to do the right thing and refund us the money you owe us."
