"Customer service was great, easy to contact someone. However, the cleaning was not worth the money at all. I chose the move in/move out option. Barely anything on the move in/move out list was cleaned. I was out of town during the cleaning and did not see the results until a few days later to try and get it re-cleaned. Out of the entire check list, it seemed like only the upstairs carpet was vacuumed, the downstairs floor was mopped, and the windows were sloppily cleaned. I specifically asked for the inside of the cabinets and drawers to be cleaned and found they were not even touched. I was extremely disappointed and will not be using two maids ever again and will tell my friends and family the service was a waste of money."
