"Initially called 09-16-2022 for a massive water leak in my front yard by the water meter. Spoke w/a young man who stated they were going out of town for the weekend, but, they would call/come by to see if the leak was due to any leaks inside our home. 09-22-2022: called again. They stated they would be by Th/Fri to verify any inside leaks, plus do plumbing requested. 10-05-2022: Rec'd an enormous bill from the H20 dept, however, they did work w/me & suggested next time to call a plumber. I did. In Sept. 12-12-2022: 2nd chance: Called, speaking w/Josh, re: plumbing to be done inside. Josh would be by this afternoon or tomorrow between the hours of 9am or noon. Again, never showed up. From the months of Sept. to Dec. you couldn't show up? All you had to do was be honest & & let me know you were too busy. Honesty & being a being a person of your word shouldn't be that difficult. Shame on you! I will not recommend your company to anyone."
