"The majority of the time they refuse to answer the phone even when they are not busy. Sad part is I told my wife to call as I stood by the batteries and the lady just casually continued her conversation about finding a babysitter and how tired she was of working that shift. They never seem to have tires anymore and Walmart's lazy attempt to have you schedule a check in time is a joke. I had a check in time for 7:30am but they cancelled because they didn't have the tires. I went to 3 locations and experienced practically the exact same thing. I would rather pay more and get better service than try to save a buck and spend an hour and then find out they don't have what you need."

"I had new tires put on there. They damaged multi wheel nut covers because they did not taken them off the nut before using the lug impact wrench. Now my rims are missing some wheel nut covers. They would not address the issue. I suggest avoiding this location."

"We were travellimg and our tire pressure light came on. We stopped to get them to check air and the cashier inside was rude. Also they were so fast, we felt they didn't check spare. The serviceman said he checked all tires. Asked him 3x. About a mile down road, light back on. Stopped at Batesville, MS. Walmart and they put air in spare. Light went out. Do not take your car here."

"They didn't have the proper wrench for my Jeep and had to use my tire wrench to remove the nuts to change the tire. Stripped my lug nut last time they changed them and said I had to pay Gateway to fix something they messed up. Was there almost an hour before they came to tell me the nut was stripped. They are the only place that has changed my tires so I know they did it and the lady at the counter looking stupid saying go to Gateway. Would not advise taking your vehicle to them for anything. See the pic of the lug nut after I left."

"Great people and great experience in Grenada Mississippi! We were just passing through town, and my 2016 civic was unable to start after grabbing lunch. The issue was similar to online reports resulting from a bad battery (it listed an electronic anti-lock brake issue on the dash). In the time it took to look up information on my phone (less than 20 minutes) 3 different groups of people asked if we needed assistance. They quickly helped us jump the car before we went to Walmart for a new battery. We walked into the center, and received quick and accurate service. They finished everything within the 15 minutes or so it took for us to grab a few items we wanted for the road. Not only were they fast, but they were also extremely friendly. I couldn't ask for a better experience."
