"Capital Pawn in Pearl Mississippi robbed us. I kept my payments up to date for over a year and a half then fell behind by a month after my wife and I both lost our jobs during Covid pandemic. After constant communication with Carmen the manager I was told not a problem, seeing how I was a longtime customer I could catch up my account when I was able to. Roughly 2 weeks later I called to make the outstanding payments and told my wifes 100 year old wedding ring valued at about $2000 was gone because her supervisor made her send in all jewelry that had late payments. She stated I could get a $50 coupon towards the purchase of a replacement ring from her or nothing at all. After more than 10 years of buying merchandise from this company I was treated like this, I will never step foot in their stores again and will continue to HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone else from doing the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"The staff here is great and very friendly! I watched them take care of everyone that walked while I was there with the utmost pride in what they do! Great customer service from Ms Kat and Ms Brittany was great and never stopped smiling. All in all the best customer service I’ve had in a long time and I’m a restaurant manager!!!"
"Apparently they can value gold however they like !they do nothing bad t take advantage of people. Was offered $75 on over $200 worth of gold , I was told “ idk what calculator I used but theirs said something else”!thats ridiculous even being a pawnshop you shouldn’t be allowed to screw people!!"
