Capital Pawn - Pearl

"If it was possible to give 0 stars, I'd hit it relentlessly. I will NEVER use this pawn shop again. They're extremely rude, not helpful whatsoever & they're blatantly obviously racist. There's no beating around the bush with it. We were the ONLY white customers in the store. We'd spoken with someone at the gun counter, told "1 minute and he'll be right with you." He acknowledged we were there, then made us stand there for another 45 minutes while he checked 8 people out THAT CAME IN AFTER US; There were 3 other people there qualified & literally just standing around with their thumbs up their butts that could've checked those customers out. I've never been treated so rudely & been completely disregarded as I was there. I would rather deal with the goodie 2 shoes at USA Pawn. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don't like your freaggin job & can't treat EVERYBODY with decency & respect because ALL lives matter, then find another damn job! Period."

"If you decide to shop here, do yourself a favor and ask to speak to anyone but the male employees. They’re rude and treat you like your stupid. I don’t know who hired them but they must have felt sorry for them because they’re the most incompetent humans I’ve ever encountered. I’ll happily take my business elsewhere if it means not being verbally harassed by those weirdos."

"Great customer service and quick on willing to help the customer. Brittany and Lester helped me as soon as arrived in the store and helped me find an affordable and excellent laptop. Duston also helped me through my troubles when I called the store with excellent phone and customer service skills. I would definitely refer this store to friends and family."
