"I’ve used this facility a few times due to issues with my home washer. There is the same employee who works here, casually dressed with a bonnet on his head. He is generally friendly in a creepy way until the time approaches about 8:15pm. This place closes at 10pm and there are multiple signs that says “Absolutely no washing and drying after 9pm.” On my first time coming, I came around 9pm. He greeted me and states that there was no washing after 9pm. However, since I explained that my washer was on the fritz, he allowed me to wash a couple of loads that I took home to dry. On today, I arrived around 8:30pm. I gathered my items and came inside. He followed me to the washers and stated “there’s no washing after 9pm and if you turn the machine on now, you’ll still be washing and drying after 9.” So, I rebutted that my understanding was that you couldn’t come in and start after 9pm. But, if you were already in the process, you could continue. I further explained that the facility closes at 10pm. As long as I am done before that time, I should be permitted to wash. He began to explain to me where all the signs were located and I bid him my thanks and left. As I was leaving, I saw an acquaintance of mine and she asked me “Did you change your mind?” I told her “I was convinced not to use the machines because it would be an inconvenience to the guy that works there.” She says “well, I’m about to go in and wash.” I watched him try to explain that same policy to her and she proceeded to place her clothes in and begin washing. I state all of this to say that IF the place closes at 10pm, it should be operational up until that time. Otherwise the time needs to change to 9pm without the no use of machines 1 hour before; 30 minutes before closing seems reasonable. He does not need an hour to sweep, mop, and wipe down machines when he is doing this throughout the day… that is when he is not making conversation and openly using profanity with others who come inside. He does not remain there for the entirety of the day; this I know because I have gone there and he did not show up but the location was open. I drove to a 24 hour location which was an inconvenience to me. This location should be 24 hours as well because it is much safer than the area I went to."

"This place is horrible small and not enough places to sit when the facility is full. They don't even provide a tv or charging outlets for a phone or tablet. I've seen better laundry facilities. The washer runs on very minimal water levels.the hot water is not hot enough. The guy working there is always asleep and the prices have gone up with no improvements. People please take your money elsewhere."

"I normally don't do reviews but I can read and I can comprehend. I saw where it stated change is for people that is washing ... To have an employee come to my truck ASSUMING that I was getting change not to wash is crazy. I could have been going back to my truck to sit in because it was hot. I could have been doing a lot of things .. I actually was waiting on my son. I told the man that my son would be coming back to wash. He actually was supposed to meet me with his clothes but he had texted and said he would come back and wash. I had already gotten the change."
