Older white lady who works the front counter attitude is really bad, she should not be dealing with customers. Will not return . If I could give zero rating, I would."

"They had my spicy chicken strips. That was the only plus side to going there,an a spicy attitude to go with it.with a side of over cooked Biscuits. I was over charged an had to go inside to get a refund for my biscuits. Well, after telling the cashier what I wanted, she then told the manager. Who made her executive decision to override my return and give me some fresh ones. Never asked me if I still wanted the refund and how many biscuits did i have. The end...... WOW"

"This cleaners is garbage. They destroyed my brand new black Rock Revival jeans. Then The owner insulted me by trying to say that they were knock offs. I told her they came from Buckle with receipt in hand. Then she in terms tells me that buckle sales knock offs all the time. The insults went even further when they went on Google to pull up with fake rock revival jeans actually look like. They only prove the point that they were not fake that they were indeed damaged by them!!! Trash!"

"Took in a king Croscill comforter set, completely destroyed. Did not pay the full value of my comforter set. Will not be doing any business with them from now on. Then they charged $133 to destroy it and wanted $80 up front. Completely shrank from a king to a full. Completely incompetent."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR NICE ITEMS HERE!! They will add stains to your items and supposedly do them over and they come out even worse and still expect you to pay for a “BAD” job well done.. They don’t even try to take accountability for their mishaps. I strongly do not recommend using their services! I hardly ever give anyone a bad review, even if the service is mediocre, I just normally wouldn’t review it at all but Martin’s Cleaners have been in business too long to not have at least an average level of professionalism. They should know how to simply get it right......."
