"There prices are growing so fast. 90 was the old price. Now it’s 140 That’s with no deodorizers that’s extra. They will do a simple speed wash. They leave spots as the pictures show. I would rather buy new carpet than to call them again."
"The gentlemen that came to my home were very polite and I have no complaints whatsoever with them. However, I question the training they received and or the effectiveness of Stanley Steamer equipment. I am understand that they can not guarantee etc. There is a level of expectation when you hire a professional company. The result from this service was sadly disappointing. I saw little to no improvement on my floors. In the sunroom I noticed what appeared to be a bit of water. Attached is the photo of the paper towels I used. I’d say that my floor was not professionally cleaned, wouldn’t you?"
"I'm giving 5 stars for their quick service and my room looks great. I do recommend them for their amazing job! However, they arrived too early with a 3 minute notice, and though I asked not to, they parked in the yard leaving slight ruts. They were very apologetic and worked very well."
