"It started off great, the guy on the phone was super nice and I decided to book an appointment for them to clean my $550 Sisal rug. The service guy came to pick it up and told me it would be about a week before I got it back. The service was June 9th and it’s now August 8th and no rug and nobody has tried contacting me (2 MONTHS). The phone keeps going straight to voicemail, I have no clue what is going on. At this point I just want my rug back, clean or not. Using service knight has cost me over $500 since I probably have to re purchase the rug."

"I hired them to do my duct cleaning. Charged me for $510. After the service, i noticed that my system still got trash in it. (Not totally cleaned), vents were brushed but dusts were just left behind on my floors uncleaned. I am not sure if thats just how they do it but for the amount they charged, i really expected cleanliness."
