"I was very pleased with their service.I had a small repair on an inexpensive piece and they knew what was needed right away when another store did not have a clue.It took them minutes and I was treated like I had spent thousands. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back."
"I had them repair chains that were broken on my necklaces. The day after I got it back from “repair”, the chain broke as I was putting on a shirt! After I took it back to them, the guy started explaining “chain friction” and “physics” telling me the chain was wearing down. If the chain needed to be replaced, why charge me to repair it? Jewelry experts? Hardly. Would give 0 STARS if possible."
"I went in to get my wedding ring fixed. They were very courteous, very helpful, I reminded them that my stone is princess cut not circular, even showed them a picture. They called me when it was ready and when I came in it was circular cut. Now I have to wait another few days and drive another hour to pick it up. Update: Went to pick up my ring and the cut was right, but the set was wrong. They gave me a heavy discount but not worth having them 'fix' it again. Update #2: Not a month later my main stone is already loose."
