"My gas valve on my heating/air system went out. Called Carter's @ 7:15am & a repair man was here by 9am & diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. Mr. Carter & his helper was back here by 4pm & replaced the valve. He even came inside & checked the air quality for Carbon Monoxide before he left. He told me that they come out in emergencies during the night. Now who does that anymore? I will certainly use this company in the future if needed!"
