"Tried to overcharge us four hours when they were only at my mom's residence for no more than 1 hour all together over two visits. They rushed through the job the first day and had to come back to fix what they didn't fix the first time. When I called to question the bill, the lady became very belligerent and ignorant, threatening me with sending the bill to an attorney. "You're calling my son a liar", is what she kept screaming at me. Well, if your son is lying mam, what else shall I call him? Lol....... My mom, my husband, three brothers and sisters, and many nieces and nephews were there because I was visiting from out of town, so there are plenty of witnesses who seen that they weren't there for four hours. She was completely unprofessional. Just remember, if you want to be overcharged like CRAZY for half done work, and receive an attitude for giving them your business.......
