"Don't bother. Called them and asked if they cleaned gutters. Woman called me back and suggested setting up a visit for one of their crew to come out to look at and estimate the job. Set appointment for the following afternoon between 1:30 - 2:00 pm. Nobody showed up and nobody called to indicate there was an issue or to reschedule. So, wasted an entire afternoon waiting for a no show. Called their office late that afternoon to notify them that their person never showed up or called. Asked them to call me back and they ignored my opportunity to give them a chance to explain and possibly reschedule. Won't ever give them another chance....completely unprofessional."
