"Dr. Culasso is the best doctor ever. He "hits the nail on the head" first time, every time. Unlike other doctors who can't figure out what is ailing you the first time, or second, or third! He is very warm and caring and always made me feel like I was his only patient. BUT, the answering service is the worst. Trying to make an appointment over the phone is next to impossible, and if you leave a message, no one calls you back. I think the service does not deliver messages to the staff. Also, when I called (just this week - March 2022), they couldn't figure out who Dr. Culasso was or his location....."
"More of a review on Primary Care Plus, as I have seen Dr. Culasso for over 34 years and always liked him. But I called for my yearly physical and was told it would be October before I could see him. It is now May!! That is ridiculous. I am now tasked with finding a new PCP after having the same one for most my life."
"I went to Dr. Miguel for years. His office and the doctor were terrific. My insurance changed and I had to change doctors. It broke my heart. He was terrific and always took good care of me. He is a good doctor. He takes his time and listens to you and wants to know what you think. I always liked that in him. His office always tried hard to accommodate you too. Great doctor and office."
"He is very kind. His staff, except for his receptionists, need to BE GONE. You have to wait days and days, and then even when you call, it takes even more days to get the prescription refilled. Incompetence at it's best. This is sad, because years ago it was never like this. He is so knowledgeable and a very kind doctor, it is very different when u go there these days. I would still recommend him though, just because he will get to the source of a problem."
