It's easy to make my appointments over the internet. They are on quick and don't keep you waiting when it's time for your appointment . Nice and clean each time I've been here.."

"All the beautiful women were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to provide top notch services. I had issues with the scheduling by my company and each nurse work through the challenges as a team to make sure I stilled got quick and friendly service. I saw the low ratings and was confused until I saw the rudest people in the waiting room not having the right info (I didn’t either) . The people cursed at the staff were disgustingly rude to them as well. Over and over again I watch them get disrespected with grace. The reviews should reflect the patients definitely not the staff. 5 stars"

"RUDE is an understatement!!!!! Made an appointment and they were calling others left and right before my brother, who has leukemia and was very weak! I knocked on the door and was very nice asking if they forgot my brother by chance. She EXTREMELY looked at me sarcastic and tells me there’s nothing there showing an appointment then does her hand across her throat like slitting a throat and says NO APPOINTMENT others first! I told her AGAIN I had an appointment at 10:10 and told her how RUDE she was THEN here she says she didn’t. Have anything for an appointment and accuses me of signing in as a walk in!!! I DID NOT!!! She was so defensive and so rude to be in that profession!!! You see the other ratings! Why keep her?! She’s beyond rude!!! Will never go back and want a supervisor to talk to!!! She doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!"

"My daughter’s doctor order labs and told us to go to Quest. BIG mistake! My daughter is anxious of needles and was nervous to start. The person called us back. No smile. She starts with her questions and when she is done my daughter nervously asks if she can use a butterfly needle. THE PERSON IGNORED HER!! This just makes her more nervous. When the person went to draw her blood. I, her mother asked “can you use a butterfly”. The person said I got us it’s under control it’s under control. She was just making my daughter more and more nervous. We got to the blood draw she did fine. She was glad it was over and I will NEVER return to this location ever again. NO COMPASSION for people nervous about needles!!"

"I have had several blood draws from this location. If you have an appointment it is super easy to get in without a wait. I have had multiple employees draw blood and technically they do a good job, but they are the most miserable group of people in any place I have ever been. Granted I'd rather have a quick painless blood draw from someone with the personality of a brick than someone ramming a needle around missing my vein all while being pleasant, but these people either hate their jobs or they hate the patients. I'm not sure which it is. Maybe they need coffee. It doesn't matter how nice you are to them they do not make eye contact, have one word responses, just overall seem very unhappy. I cannot imagine that they are all just having an "off" day every time I go in. Alas, I still tell them to have a good day when I leave. Maybe corporate needs to figure out why their people are so unhappy, I hope it gets better for them."
