She said she did not verify specific acceptance when making appointments. She said I would need to provide her all the information. (0 stars) This person definitely puts a negative view on a great medical office."

"This has been the worst doctor experience. They charged me $200 for annual checkups which is free with insurance. I had a full coverages but they still charged me and not my insurance I had to go through appeals and long story short, try to find another clinic and doctor. They are not reliable and transparent at all."

"The one star is for the cold and uncaring receptionist I dealt with. I have a family member who is a patient of one of the doctors at internal medicine, and wanted to try to contact due to a very recent traumatic brain injury of the family member. The receptionist informed me no, I couldn't speak with the doctor, no, she wouldn't leave a message, no she wouldn't help me. I had to come in person. I explained I lived out of town, she could have cared less. Zero stars if I could. This does not pertain to the doctors and nurses there."
