"Tom is great and has a good team. However, state farm as a whole is not there for you like they should be when you need it most. I had a tornado pass over my house 2 years ago and the whole experience dealing with state farm has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I've been waiting for them to do the right thing, but instead I get crickets. No one is responding to my requests. Every window is my house had the seals fault due to the pressure of the storm. I cleaned every window seal from water. every window whistled and popped as my family and I hid in the closet clinging in fear to each other. I told the guy who came to audit and he made note but his eye test I guess was good enough to decline my claim. Before the storm we had normal windows, after the storm we have condensation built up between panes. They have decided my windows were not damaged during the storm, instead they are trying to say every window I had faulted on the same day just by coincidence. This is totally unacceptable. And since I've waited this long for a response my last choice was to provide a poor review before I explore other insurance options. I am one unhappy customer. Oh and not to mention I have an open claim currently. I was side swiped and no one stopped or left their info. I filed a police report like I know to do. This has happened before in my 20 years with state farm and they filed it under an uninsured motorist costing game $300, stinks but fair. Now they are saying it will be $500 and I cannot file it under uninsured. Even though this exact scenario has happened before. It seems state farm has shifted it's focus to money and not the customer. Tom and hai team are great, but the part that really matters, the company backing them, is worthless."

"We have been with Tom Davis State Farm for almost 20 years. While we have not had to call in a claim very often, we had two back to back in the fall of 2020. My daughter was rear-ended and had damage to her car. Roger Lawson was fantastic! Talked me through everything, confirmed through the other person's insurance that it would be covered and then helped coordinate with their adjuster. Fast forward a few weeks later and only 2 days after that car was repaired....my son was in an accident where a truck ran a red light. Roger again came to the rescue! With the last wreck, Roger had given me his personal cell. Over the weekend, I reached out and he walked me through the plan. After about a week and a half, it was quite obvious that the other driver's insurance was not going to pay despite a police report saying fault was theirs. Roger helped file the claim and got everything moving. Within 10 days, I had a check deposited. I can't say enough about how the team worked for my family over a stressful 6 weeks!"

"I have received excellent customer service and prompt responses to all of the questions that I have had. When we have had accidents in the past, the claims process was quick and painless. I do believe that State Farm is priced higher than most insurance companies, but I believe that I get what I pay for. I can pick up the phone and speak to an agent at any time of the day. Would recommend!"
