"After dealing with a disaster at another facility where my pet was located I was losing all options on who to call and where to go to have my baby picked up and cremated somewhere else. I spoke to Mr. Wayne and he was willing to go get him for me so he could come back home so I could get closure. "My little girl came home in a beautiful box with a personalized name plaque. They also had it in a nice gift bag with her certificate and pamphlets about grief that I found really helpful to me, as I am really struggling with the loss of my baby girl. I was so worried when this was a sudden and unexpected loss that was not financially feasible at the time. They offer a payment plan and I really appreciated that more than they could ever know. The time I dropped my baby off to the time she was ready was impressively quick. I will be using them again when the unfortunate time comes for the rest of my babies."
