"They were friendly, the place is small but clean. My dogs looked great and the price was very reasonable. My only issue is, they never answer the phone which makes it impossible to communicate or reschedule."

"Total SHOCKED!! Heather Decaro RUINED my baby Chloes hair! Heather literally scalped/butchered her after I specifically showed her pictures, talked & sent text to be certain It was clarified AGAIN about NO SKIN showing, & NO LESS THAN 1 INCH,(which I have all the text between us) Then what little was left was all choppy, along with 1 ear cleaned and the other ear left dirty! She looked so terrible I actually had to bring her to another groomer to FIX the atrocious groom/butchering from Heather. NEVER again! She will not respond to me about this, I have disputed charges! you ask why I paid in the first place...well as I said in the beginning I was in TOTAL SHOCK and first time ever at a loss for words at that moment!LOOK for yourself, here's pics of it all, there's the BEFORE picture of Chloes fluffy hair! would get ZERO stars if it would let me! oh yeah that pic of her is in the Parking lot right after"

"I brought my yorkie here today and the ladies was so nice and fit us in. This was our first visit and will definitely be back. Great job! and very satisfied so is my little Harley. He felt so much better after his make over. I would recommend them to anyone."

"I’m usually happy with their work. I dropped my dog off noon. I had enough time to get my hair colored. Unfortunately hairstylist ran a little late. I got a nasty phone call at 3 p( hours9-5). She said come get him now. She’s leaving, he’s the last dog and she’s not staying. She told me the owner will open up so I could get my toy poodle. At 5 pm. I begged her, let them was me out and I’ll be right there. Groomer said no, she wants to leave. I was horrified they would leave a tiny nervous dog alone in a shop, is that even legal. It’s a shame. I really liked them. First time ever being late and this is how they treat returning customer. The owner did call me, and told me she would be there until I got my PePe. The amount of anxiety,fear and anger at someone who takes care of my dogs show precious little care for my dogs, nexts it will be your dog"

"My boyfriend and I brought our dog Harley in for a bath and de-shedding. They had her for about an hour when it was time to go pick her up. She looked the same way we brought her in. They did not de-shed her I believe they sprayed her to make her smell good and that’s it. I will never bring my dog back here or recommend them to other ppl."
