"This office is so unprofessional & rude!! They do not communicate well at all! Kiera did my sons EEG & was extremely rude and condescending! Had a negative attitude the entire visit left the glue they use all in my son’s hair (shoulder length hair) and down his forehead & did not give me any type of instructions on how to remove the glue from his skin/hair after the visit.. she left the room and I’m sitting there not even aware we were good to go & I had to go find her to see what was going on and when she was going to use what I thought was a special type of soap and or wet cloth to remove the glue & she rudely told me to just wash it out and wipe his forehead off myself!! My son who is autistic & is disturbed by things out of the norm or unpleasant textured things… was very upset that the glue was left on his head like that so I wiped what I could off at the provided sink in our room which she rushed me to do because she was running behind! I was told I would get a call from the provider in 2 days with the results.. after 5 days still no call or voicemail and after I called the office twice i FINALLY got a brief call back in reference to my sons EEG Results! I’m a healthcare professional & I completely understand what it’s like having your bad days but it’s not hard at all to put your professional front on until you clock out and walk out of your place of business that you chose to work for.. you just don’t treat people like that especially at a Dr office or any healthcare setting for the simple fact that you don’t know what they are experiencing, going through in life or what they struggled with that day before arriving in your office. Treat your patients how you would want yourself, your children or mother etc. treated! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rant over!"
