"My braces were ready to be taken off in August of 2023 and it is currently February 2024. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for months therefore I couldn't make an appointment. The only way I could make an appointment was to drive there and I live 45 minutes away. By the time I saw the orthodontist, my braces had to be retightened and had to delay getting them off again. I then finally got my impressions done for retainers. They told me to wait 2-3 weeks for them to come in and they would call me. 3 weeks go by. No phone call. I call them and they inform me my impressions were messed up and needed to come in to redo them. No one notified me. Extremely aggravated. I also had my wisdom teeth pulled here. Big big mistake. The surgeon did not sound like he knew what he was talking and just wrote prescriptions for medications he knew were impossible to get at the time. I was back there for over 2 hours to wisdom teeth removal that usually only takes 30-45 minutes. Do not go here."

"Had a 10 an appointment. Waited over an hour in the waiting room and told them I needed to reschedule! No one seemed to have any care or concern about the issue of waiting that longer or having to reschedule to a later date and post pone getting my sons dental work done."

"We showed up this morning for our son's 9:30 appointment all to receive a call while we were parking to say his appointment was canceled. We have literally waited months for this appointment to get scheduled due to unavailability in the doctor's schedule!! It was a waste of my earned time off from work. They should have to reimburse us for our wasted time and everything we bought preparing for the surgery. This is the only place that accepts military dental insurance for wisdom teeth removal in the area and this is the service they provide."
