"We boarded from Saturday to Sunday, but we were charged as if we had boarded for two days. When I called to have the charge corrected, they informed me that I had been charged twice for picking up on Sunday when no one ever notified me that that would be the case, and nothing was ever mentioned in their boarding policies. They refused to fix the charge, and the quality of care was poor. When we picked our dog up, he was dehydrated. I will never use this clinic again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. This has been the most unprofessional, lacking experience I have ever had with any vet. I should have read the reviews."
