Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Madison 320 New Mannsdale Road, Madison, MS 39110

"I am a diamond member so I stay at a lot of these Hilton garden inns. I must say this particular hotel has been the absolute worst one I've ever been at. Under construction.... Pool and spa NOT available..... Restaurant closed, so no food other than breakfast....and the bar was closing at 7:30 on a Friday night....how is that even remotely acceptable?? Anyway.... this property needs some help, hopefully they get it back to the standard that I expect from Hilton properties."

"The hotel was undergoing reservations, which was known upfront. We were lucky enough to stay on the newly remodeled fifth floor. The room was very updated and modern looking. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the TV was a nice size. I'd definitely stay here again."

"When we checked into our room, there was hair in the shower and the bed sheets clearly hadn’t been changed. That alone is enough to make one not want to return, but when I asked the front desk if someone was available to clean the room or if we could switch rooms, the front desk worker acted supremely inconvenienced by the request. The elevators smelt alternately of weed and garbage, and the third floor hallway smells like wet dog. Additionally, while I understand that renovations will be loud, there was a good hour of extremely loud drilling that was really frustrating from a guest experience perspective. I had to leave the room because It was giving me a headache. Overall, I wouldn’t book here again."

"EVERYONE I came in contact with was very kind and helpful. It is conveniently located next to a small plaza. We walked right next door to enjoy some AMAZING hibachi for lunch with coffee and macarons afterwards. The room was clean and I was able to enjoy something different each morning for breakfast. Very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend. Great job to the staff!"

"Only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is they would not add on an additional night for the same rate we paid for the 7 nights we did stay. However, then we brought this up to the GM, he did refund our price of a room at another hotel, so I think it was handled well. This hotel is expensive, but in a good location for us because of close proximity to where we need to be. If you choose to stay somewhere else, you can find a much better rate that includes breakfast for about $50.00 to $75.00 less about 5 miles south of Madison, MS."
