"Poor customer service. Called and was told a product was in stock and that they physically had the item and the Item was put on hold. Drove over and was told we thought we had it, but we don’t. Was then told a sub par product was the ‘same thing’ even though it was $300 cheaper and clearly not the same thing. Asked them why they told me they had it in stock and the manager said “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” Embarrassing customer service abilities of the team. Also, please put prices on your products. Was also looking for a Traeger grill but most didn’t have pricing."
