"Used to be good but they let go the knowledgable and friendly guys that worked there and hired someone incompetent. Apparently they have the same hiring system as best buy. They also mark up chemicals higher than anyone else. Avoid."

"My favorite pool place just got woke. The guys that were so helpful to me and had my pool looking stellar are no longer there! Where are you guys now? The new lady was nice but wasn't even close to the standards ive come to expect. I'm super disappointed. On to Clearwater I guess. Leslies now is under management of the Biden administration. Smh Nothing good ever lasts."

"Dropped Polaris VRX IQ+ Robot off at the end of March 2023 for repairs under warranty. Assured by manager it would be repaired since it was still under warranty. Now we’re approaching July and it’s still not ready to be picked up. Every time I call the store I get a different excuse why it’s not ready. At first was told parts were delayed but about month ago was told parts came in finally and was being repaired. Today I called and was told they’re backed up because they have no one to repair it. Don’t recommend buying a robot from Leslie’s it’s impossible to get maintenance done under warranty. Waiting for corporate office to call back hopefully they will help get this issue resolved. 2 hours after leaving my review I was contacted by store that my machine was repaired and ready for pick up. Still need to test but it does look like broken parts have been replaced."

"Went in the covington la store for a spa filter. They barely had supplies and the workers weren’t helpful at all. They watched us walk around to find what we needed. Once we walked around and couldn’t find anything we decided to leave. As we were walking out someone finally asked if we needed anything. Horrible service !!"
