"Wish their website didnt have updates almost every other night. I dont understand how every time they do maintenance they have to shut off the entire website and app. Yall need a better IT team. I have multiple bank accounts with other banks and its super rare to ever see their entire website down. Like i know theres gotta be a way to run the website/app while yall do updates. Just very irritating i work late hours and can almost never check my account anytime I get off cause maintence every other day. Also i know its not picayune branch fault. Its IT/ or whoever works on keeslers servers there has to be better ways to do it lol. Like maybe run a backup server while you work on/maintence main server. Just makes no sense they have to be down for 6-8 hrs."

"I had a loan and unfortunately got 3 months behind, went in and had the 3 months which was around 900, they refused and removed the truck and now dunning me for remaining balance in the old days if you offered payment and they refuse your bill is paid.so guess what they can kiss my a##"

"I've had this account for almost 7 years. In the beginning I really liked it. The people were always friendly and helpful. But since 2016 I've had a lot of problems with them putting a block on my card. At first they told me it was because I was using the card in a different state. But instead of noting in their system that I would be out of state a lot to care for my dieing mother I would have to call them every time I used my card. Since my mother has passed away I do not travel as much. Yet my card still keeps getting blocked. And no one can tell me why. (Considering I'm trying to use it in state like they told me was the original problem) So every 30 days I have to go into a branch and have them unblock my card. This is too frustrating and I will be closing all of my accounts. KFCU needs a better system."
