I don't know who the hell you are, he doesn't know who the hell you are, and without some sort of hint as to who on God's green earth you are, you're not going to get a call back. All I asked for was your company's name so he could call you. And you proceed to tell me to "just call this number back" , OVER AND OVER again. I get 500 phone calls a day. I'm not going to remember your specific phone number, especially if you have never called me before. Asking for a business name is not a crime. Retrain yourself on customer service. And drop your attitude."

"I frequented this place for over 3 years, paying them around $160 every month in interest in $400. !!! I never complained as it was my choice though. They always seem so nice when they are convincing you to take out another hundred (even though you said already you didn't want to), but the true colors come out in hard times.
