"After being blinded by a Dr I went to Dr Hemelt to get a prognosis. After I explained what happened he called me a liar and said I had bad karma. He asked if I would give permission for him to contact the offending Dr and I said no, I found out about a yr or so later that he contacted that Dr anyway. In fact that testimony was given under Oath. He had someone harass me for a bill that they knew would be paid in the lawsuit. The only good thing I can say is his prognosis was correct. I'm permanently blind in that eye. He violated HIPPA by contacting that Dr. I would love to see them present a release form with my signature."
