"RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! The second day of us moving our things into the unit, the person working was parked in the loading area. I pull my 26 foot box truck behind her vehicle and unload my things. After we are finished, my wife asked if she could move for a second so i can get the truck out without having to back into the road. 5 minutes go by. Nothing! So I walk back inside and ask again. She says with an attitude “you can make it around me”. I drive these trucks regularly and know when I can’t make a tight squeeze. So I pull beside her as far as I can so maybe she will see I can’t make it. I sit there for 5 more minutes before she comes storming out and gets him her car and peels off. As I’m making my turn she’s getting out of her car and flips me and my wife off. Most disgusting person I’ve ever encountered and I hope she reads this. I don’t know your name and don’t care who you are but you’re disgusting. THEN after talking to their corporate office I get a call from their manager and was told everything I stated didn’t happen and I was impatient. Craziest experience of my life"
