"I ordered a spicy chicken, egg white, pepper jack cheese muffin meal. The muffin was burnt, dry spicy chicken, small piece of egg, the egg wasn't even folded. Every single time, I get a muffin it's burnt. Please help and adjust the setting to make a toasted brown muffin, not black. Thank you"
