"I'd give them zero stars if I could. We rented an indoor "Climate Controlled" storage unit for a couple of months. When we went to remove the contents, we noticed that the floor was wet. When we showed the manager, the first words out of his mouth were "Did you purchase the insurance?" So, you have to purchase insurance in addition to the storage unit fee to be covered in a climate controlled storage unit. Their own website on climate controlled units states "Keep Your Belongings Dry and Secure". I'm very dissatisfied with the service and will do my best to never do business with U-Haul again."
