"Ordered through Wayfair, this delivery company was supposed to call and schedule appointment. They chose a day themselves without reaching out and would not answer the phone to allow me to reschedule. Ended up taking off work waiting for them to arrive, and like many others have said, they didn't. I"m on day 3 of calling a phone number with a full voicemail box and no further update from this delivery service. Absolute garbage service."
"This has got to be the worst delivery service in existence. If you are ordering from Wayfair and this is the partner listed as the delivery service, run and buy it somewhere else and save yourself a lot of frustration. A week after the scheduled delivery they still couldn't tell me when it will be delivered, I tried to pick it up at the dock and waited forever and just had to leave. Terrible!!!!"
"Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Did not come in the 4 hour window they gave me. Did not call me to let me know anything. No one answers the prion or return calls. Please no furniture companies use this company for delivery. This has been the worst day. I was out of town for Christmas and had to cut my time for visiting my family on Christmas to make it back in time for my delivery. This has been the worst Christmas all because of this deliver company."
