"The staff there is very professional, cheerful, and very concerned about getting the right size unit for your belongings. It's a climate controlled building and all of the units are inside. I have had some financial setbacks for the past few months now but they have been great about calling me to remind me that my unit is about to reach the double lock auction stage so I can come pay it before that happens.
